Order Policy

Order Requirements

All items are subjected to 7% GST, which will be reflected upon checkout.

All orders need to be placed 1-hour in advance, with a minimum order amount of $25, excluding selected areas*. Kindly select delivery services, and enter your postal code to view the minimum order amount required for your postal code. 

*Minimum order amount of $40 required for delivery to Neo Tiew, Old Lim Chu Kang, Lim Chu Kang, Tuas, CBD area, and Jurong Island (postal code starting with 03/ 04/ 05/ 06/ 07/ 08/ 17/ 18/ 22/ 23/ 62/ 63)

*Minimum order amount of $150 required for delivery to Sentosa Island (postal code starting with 01)

 

Changes after Ordering

Ensure that all order date, time, and contact details are keyed correctly. For miskeyed information or a change in date/ time, you may give us a call at 6323 8933 or email us at letseat@goldenpillow933.sg with your order number and the changes to be made. For same-day changes, kindly give us a call at 6323 8933 to request the change.

Kindly note for orders with incorrect information, we are not responsible for them and we reserve the right to process a refund if required. This includes the following:

  • Incorrect delivery address/ postal code
  • ​Mismatched delivery address and postal code
  • Incorrect contact number (for commercial building deliveries)  

 

Delivery Policy

Delivery Charges

Islandwide delivery fee at $4.50 incl. GST for orders below $300, excluding Sentosa Island. The delivery fee for Sentosa Island is $14.50 incl. GST. Orders above $300 will be entitled to free delivery. 

Kindly note additional holiday surcharges will be applied on public holidays and on the eve of public holidays.

 

Delivery to Commercial Buildings 

We do not do doorstep orders for deliveries to offices/ non-housing buildings in the CBD area, shopping malls, hospitals, and hotels. All orders will be received at the nearest pickup point; our delivery drivers/ riders will meet you there. If you have a specific pickup point that is more convenient to you, kindly give us a call at 6323 8933 with your order number and we will make the arrangement

 

Delivery to Jurong Island

Deliveries to Jurong Island will be limited to the Guardhouse area. We will not enter the premises. Kindly meet our delivery driver/ rider at the Guardhouse for collection.

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of Orders

We have a strict no-cancellation policy. Once an order has been confirmed, we do not allow cancellations, unless the reason for cancellation is for a replacement to your existing orders. In the event of such cases, kindly give us a call at 6323 8933 with your new order number and we will proceed with the cancellation. Upon cancellation, a full refund will be credited to the card used during the purchase within 7 working days (subjected to individual bank process).
